DEL CONTE BRAND - SHORT HISTORY

At the beginning of 1980, Mr. Bruno Aver decided to found his leather goods company, and dedicated his brand to a Palladio’s Villa placed near the production establishment and fruit of his early child-hood.
The famous Villa Palladiana (designed by the famous architect Andrea Palladio) is now called VILLA DA PORTO . The owner of this Villa was the famous writer and novelist Da Porto, author of the famous novel ROMEO and GIULIETTA.
During his childhood, Mr Bruno played in the park of Villa Da Porto with his best friend Gianfranco Del Conte ,since the Del Conte family owned the Villa Da Porto.

As a memorial of his childhood Mr. Bruno wanted to remember his friend (now emigrant in Venezuela) binding him to the name of his company.
