• After placing your order, you can see an order summary in Your Account.
• For orders shipping to multiple addresses, shipping costs will apply per shipment.
• Shipping to PO, APO & FPO Boxes will be by Parcel Post.
• Its All About Bags accepts payments through VISA, Mastercard and PayPal.

Returns

• You may return most new, unused items sold and fulfilled by itsallaboutbags.com within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Items that are used may not be returned.
• If you need to return an item, we will guide you through the returns process.

Refunds
We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by itsallaboutbags.com.

How and When Refunds Are Processed

• We’ll notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
• In most cases, we’ll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchases within the 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return.
• If you paid directly from your bank account, it may take up to 10 additional business days for the credit to be posted to your bank account.
• If you paid by check, it will take longer for you to receive the refund.
• You can view completed returns and refunds at the bottom of an order’s summary page in Your Account. If the return and refund do not appear in Your Account within four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please email us for further assistance.

How Refunds Are Calculated
The amount of your refund depends on several factors:

• The cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund unless the return is the result of our error.
• Only items that meet our returns guidelines will receive a full refund.
